Baking is my stress-reliever – although the results are more rustic than star baker. I also like to sample the culinary delights of the many fantastic restaurants we have in the area, and seafood is my weakness.

Melanye lives in the beautiful moorland town of Chagford, she has three grown up sons and seven grandchildren all living in west Devon. She has called Devon home since the age of thirteen, with just a few years spent in Wiltshire sourcing sites and building new houses before returning home again to Devon. Melanye's property development started with her own properties knocking down and rebuilding her first house, converting barns and renovating and extending listed building, only progressing to estate agency eighteen years ago, working both with independent high street agents, online agents and running her own company sourcing and selling land and developments to builders and investors, giving her a wide breadth of experience. Outside work she loves to spend time waling on Dartmoor with her Golden Retriever Luka and spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

I live locally with my amazing wife Josie and my beautiful baby Polly and we have a very bouncy cocker spaniel called Forest which sometimes we do call him a Menace as he can be a mini Dennis the Menace at times. We do enjoy walking the dog on the amazing Devon coastlines and at home me and Josie do love cooking and baking together and we do enjoy watching True Crime documentaries. I have been an estate agent for over 10 years and have vast experience within the industry and delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile is key in providing first class customer service is my priority ensuring clients feel supported and communicated throughout the process to provide a less stressful experience. I also have a Master Degree in Business and very educated in general business, economics and finance.
